• Work closely under the Creative Directors to help design seasonal collections, creating sketches and contributing to concept development, mood boards, color theory, and overall direction across categories.

• Create and maintain tech packs within the PLM system, including specs, POMs, construction callouts, and BOMs to ensure accurate fit, quality, and consistency
