THE VENGEANCE OF A GODDESS

Industry Project in Collaboration with Museo Balenciaga (Getaria, Spain)

For this project, I was inspired by a Basque goddess legend and the dramatic rock formations of Getaria, which inspired a marble print featured in the collection. The goddess was honored with gold offerings, influencing the use of gold accents. I also drew on sculptor Constantin Brancusi’s work in gold and stone to shape the collection’s silhouettes, merging natural textures and sculptural forms with Balenciaga’s architectural style. This collection reflects a blend of mythology, art, and Balenciaga’s heritage.
